You can easily install a dry cell hydrogen generator into your gas or diesel vehicle to increase your fuel mileage. A diesel engine will require the Dual Cell Kit, while most gas vehicles will only require a Full HHO Kit.  Your vehicle is not running on pressurized hydrogen but is using some fossil fuel to start and regulate acceleration. The hydrogen cell is splitting water (H20) and vacuum feeding the gas into the mass air flow and carburator of your vehicle. Hydrogen is a safe fuel and adding it into your engine will show a lack of oxygen in the fuel. 

Adjusting your Oxygen sensors is required since adding hydrogen will perplex the car computer which will ask for more fossil fuel.  The car computer (ECU) and Oxygen Sensors pose the greatest opposition to getting the extreme fuel efficiency.  The computer is your foe unless you alter the sensors to accomodate for hydrogen.
